When will I get my order?
Generally all orders are shipped next business day by UPS ground unless otherwise requested. 
In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail along with the approx. ship date of the out of stock item.

Can you customize our order?
Yes, please call our customer service number so we may assist you.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a $50.00 minimum order.  Items and colors can be mixed to make the minimum.

What types of credit cards do you accept?
Master Card, Visa and American Express

Can you do pro-forma invoicing?
In the event that you need invoicing and totals prior to ordering for approval, please call our customer service department for personal assistance.
